Meet Our Team
Spencer Wood
Originally from New Hampshire, Spencer fell in love with the world-class quality of life Mainers enjoy which is why he and his English Labs, Chilli and Stump are now full-time residents of Maine. When Spencer, Chilli and Stump are not playing fetch, they enjoy taking advantage of the year-round outdoor recreation that Maine offers including mountain biking, hiking some of Acadia’s more overlooked trails, skiing and whitewater rafting in The Forks. Spencer works with properties all over the state of Maine from Aroostook to York counties, specializing in hunting, fishing, and recreational properties. Spencer looks forward to providing local introductions to what he loves most about the beautiful state he now calls home. He cannot wait to be your guide, as you find the perfect property or tract of land to bolster your roots in Maine!
Andrew Federman
Andy graduated with a B.S. in forestry from the University of Maine. He worked as a layout forester in the Maine Great North Woods for Comstock Woodlands throughout college. He’s spent the last decade as a diesel mechanic working on construction equipment and over the road trucks. Andy currently resides in Whitefield, Maine with his wife and spends his free time working on their property.
